Cancellations / Reschdules are accepted up to 48 hrs prior to scheduled service. Within 48 hrs of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Reschedules booked within the same week of the service will be charged 100% the day of rescheduling, if rescheduled into following week you will be charged 50% of scheduled service.
